There might not be a ton of places to get them right now, but if you just keep looking you’ll find the perfect one for you.
After that, there are several Japanese bookstores within the United States. For example, New York City has both a Bookoff and Kinokuniya, which are huge stores in Japan. These might be accessible only to the millions of people living within the city, but there are Bookoffs and other bookstores around the country as well. If you just search for one in your city you will see if you are lucky enough to be near one and, if not, there is always the dependable internet.
If you do live near one, another option not to forget is that often these bookstores will order things for you (with free shipping) for you to pick up at the store. Sometimes it takes a few weeks, but it is greatly superior to waiting for things to be shipped from Japan via ship, or paying the crazy prices to get faster shipping from Amazon Japan. Either way you get your Japanese erasers, you can be sure to enjoy the fun little toys. They are definitely different than the standard erasers you’ll find in a drugstore and before you know it you’ll be surrounded by a World of Japanese Erasers. Not a terrible world to be in.
