Insomnia and Anxiety Treatment

Ever since we discover how Insomnia could ruin our life we also start searching for any means that can help us solve that problem. Now I’m sharing you some of the information that I have gather on how can a person treat himself from an Insomnia caused by an Anxiety.

If you are suffering from Anxiety Insomnia that no matter what medicine you take but still it keeps you awake the whole night, then you are suffering Insomnia. The best treatment that can help you is to practice making a record about your sleeping habit, that try to record the time of when you get sleep and then the time you wake-up, do that for one week and then try to evaluate yourself why you usually sleep at that time and wake up and that time? Ask yourself also what are the things are you usually think and do before you sleep. With that record alone you will know the reason why is it every time you sleep you can’t have a complete hour of sleep? Once you know the differences then start changing it now then later on you will find out that your anxiety to insomnia will be gone.

The most common treatment also for those who want an anxiety cure is to take medicine. Here are some suggested medicines that can help us be cure from anxiety insomnia:

*Zelpiden tartrate, particularly acts on the CNC and it actually act to induce sleep. But just like the any other medicine that still with this you are going to suffer a dizziness, clumsiness, headache and diarrhea as a side effect of this medicine.

*Benzodiazepines induce sleep and act on the nervous system. Its side effect is to make you feel impairment, addiction, dizziness and short-term memory

If we are still being disturb sleeping at night maybe there is another way to cure our Anxiety Insomnia aside from taking a medicine. Doing something that will make us relax before we sleep is also good to fight insomnia like having sex, reading little and then taking a hot shower.  If you are use to drink anything with caffeine before you sleep then it is time for you to cut it out.  Avoiding drinking an alcohol also can help you to sleep, because once you start drinking it will make you awake till the last drop of what you are drinking.

We can’t fight Insomnia and Anxiety as long as we have the courage to face whatever circumstances that can help us to go away from that insomnia and we should always do the things that can cause as Insomnia.

The ABC’s of Bowel Constipation

Bowel constipation can be uncomfortable and is usually characterized by hard and dry stools. You may experience a sharp pain and bloating when your feces are hard to expel from the body. Only a few are spared from the physical unease that constipation brings. If you love fast foods and you have no time to prepare your own food, expect irregular bowel movement to occur. This health problem does not occur without any reasons. In fact, if you do not watch what you eat, it can result to countless medical problems such as having difficulties with passing stools. Having problems such as this is usually a good sign that you need to undergo some form of body cleansing.

Constipation is not that damaging but it can make you bloated and uneasy. However, if your digestive system is more often than not irritated, you have trouble ejecting the fecal matters inside your body and you may not be able to release the bacteria and waste matters from your body.

Almost everyone has endured the pain and discomfort of constipation. You may be one of those who depend on counter products to immediately get rid of the undesirable feeling but the overuse of such medications can lead to addiction. Laxatives for example can do wonders to your digestive system by making the process of defecation faster and easier but when you are taking too much of it, your body will not go back to its normal state. You will not be able to pass stools without the help of laxative as the muscles in your intestinal walls tend to be relaxed and lazy.

It is also recommended that you develop a habit of going to the rest room regularly if you have the urge to move. Do not ignore the call of nature as this habit can develop into chronic constipation. If you have a bad eating habit, you will also have the tendency to have infrequent stools. The best preventive measures for constipation are healthy diet and plenty of water. Improper use of laxatives will have negative effective on your digestive system and it will not solve constipation problems at all.

Take action upon the first sign of constipation to prevent other bacteria and toxins from building up. If you already experience prolonged bowel constipation and it can no longer be remedied naturally, you should consult your doctor so he can check if there is a need for further diagnosis.
